Workshops take place in person (location dependent) or online, making them accessible worldwide.

We work with all career stages,  from early careers and first-jobbers to managers, senior leaders, and individuals.

Our standard workshops accommodate 12 people, though group sizes can be increased. We also run sessions for up to 250 participants.

Two core areas:

  • Communication – presence & impact, presentations, negotiation, handling difficult conversations, leadership, pitching, storytelling, early career training.
  • Inclusivity – women in the workplace, gender dynamics, inclusive communication, diversity and belonging.

Our facilitators include secondary education teachers with 25+ years experience, communication specialists, psychology researchers, voice coaches, and theatre practitioners. They are all experts in pedagogy and performance, and unlock lasting change using proven techniques.

Our workshops are active, immersive, and evidence-based, designed to tackle specific business challenges through practical experience. Every session shares specific, proven tools and techniques that embed lasting behavioural change.
The Fine Method draws on the work of pioneering playwrights, philosophers, and psychologists, combining three core pillars — Drama theory, Psychology, and Neuroscience principles — to create engaging, practical training that transforms communication and drives performance.

Participants learn powerful techniques to communicate with confidence and clarity, build influence, create lasting impact, and maximise results, transforming individual performance and collaboration across the business.

Formats range from 2–3 hour sessions to 6-hour workshops, tailored to your needs.

Yes, every session is customised to your business context and underpinned by pedagogy, so tools can be applied immediately.

We’ve worked with over 120 global brands, including M&S, Facebook, Logitech, Netflix and VISA.
