Annie Fine’s career has always centred on one thing: the power of communication.
As a secondary school Drama teacher, she saw the transformative power of experiential learning. Hesitant students, lacking techniques to structure communication, grew in confidence by applying powerful methods to bring communication to life. This insight shaped her core belief: when learning is embodied, transformation lasts.
That realisation unlocked an idea: “If teaching techniques can transform confidence in teenagers, imagine their power to unlock potential in adults – and drive powerful change in business.”
Annie founded AF Communications to bring the rigour of pedagogy into business. ‘The Fine Method’ combines drama, psychology, and neuroscience to deliver communication training that is practical, evidence-based, and transformative.
Today, she leads a team who deliver workshops grounded in proven pedagogy that create transformation with lasting impact. What began in the classroom now empowers leaders, teams, and organisations across industries worldwide.
